About
A quiet Christian space for prayer, worship, and grace.
Church of One is rooted in the simple, searching words of Jesus in Matthew 6:6: go into your room, shut the door, and pray to your Father who is in secret.
This is not a call to loneliness. It is a call to honesty. It is an invitation to step away from performance, noise, spiritual theatre, and the pressure to appear holy in front of others. It is a return to the hidden place where God already waits.
Church of One exists for people who need a small, sacred doorway back into prayer. Some may be lifelong Christians. Some may be bruised by the church. Some may be uncertain, searching, angry, tired, hopeful, or all of those things at once. The door is open.
Our core is prayer. Our posture is humility. Our hope is that even one person, praying honestly before God, can become a place where grace is received, restored, and quietly carried into the world.
Our commitments
- Prayer without performance.
- Faith without cruelty.
- Worship that is simple, reverent, and accessible.
- Christian teaching centred on mercy, truth, justice, and grace.
- A ministry shaped by Matthew 6:6 and the hidden life with God.
